因應颱風來襲，本中心健康檢查服務作業將依據颱風當日情況調整，敬請留意和信醫院官網公告 (https://www.kfsyscc.org/)，確認當日服務情況。

1. 如遇休診之改期安排

若遇颱風停診，健康檢查需改期者，工作人員將於停診後的下一個工作日主動與您聯繫改期事宜。

改期方式如下：
– 有大腸鏡檢查者：將優先安排 3 天內可受檢的時間。
– 無大腸鏡檢查者：依貴賓指定時間，協助予以重新安排。
– 回院報告諮詢者：依貴賓指定時間，協助予以重新安排。

2. 特殊情況說明

如瀉藥已服用或檢體盒已使用者，遇檢查日因颱風天停診，後續將由本中心服務人員與您接洽相關事宜。
提醒您，颱風日請注意安全、減少外出，提前準備防颱事宜。

If our center closures and health checks need to be rescheduled, the staff will contact you on the next working day to make rescheduling arrangements.

Rescheduling options are as follows:
– For individuals requiring a colonoscopy, priority will be given to appointments available within 3 days.
– For individuals who do not have a colonoscopy will be assisted in arranging their schedules accordingly.
– Those who return to report for consultation will be assisted in arranging their schedules accordingly.

Please note: Due to due to typhoon closures, if you have already taken the laxative or used the sample box, we will assist you in finding an alternative arrangement.

We would like to remind you that on typhoon days, it is essential to prioritize safety by minimizing outdoor activities and preparing for typhoon prevention in advance.
